Characters you generate are built from original word banks and templates. You are free to use, modify, and publish them in your own work. We make no claim of ownership over the characters you create with the tool.

• Don’t attempt to overload, scrape at scale, or disrupt the service or its APIs.
• Don’t misrepresent generated characters as affiliated with real people or brands.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Generated content is produced automatically and may occasionally be imperfect; you are responsible for reviewing anything you publish. We are not liable for how generated characters are used.

Intellectual property

The site design, code, and content (excluding the characters you generate) belong to Random Character Generator. We deliberately avoid copyrighted characters and trademarks; if you believe something infringes your rights, contact us.
